As of today, you own one or more National Bank products offered through Solutions BankingTM. Starting June 1, 2023, these products will be available under the National Bank banner.

As of this date, you will continue to receive support for current products. However, new products under the Solutions Banking brand will no longer be available.
All products and services including correspondences, debit cards, online banking and support lines will be under the National Bank brand. When you renew or replace your debit card, your new card will have the National Bank logo.
Depending on which banking product you may have, please refer to the relevant sections of this document for specific changes.
Please note our goal is to keep you informed to ensure a pleasant transition experience. Therefore, no additional actions are required on your part.

As of June 1, 2023, all credit card replacements requested or issued will be under the National Bank brand.
The number of the associated certificate of insurance will be replaced by that of National Bank. You’ll continue to benefit from the same insurance coverage.
If you have credit card payment insurance on your current card, this coverage will automatically transfer to your replacement card. If a claim is in progress when your card is replaced, your file will be processed normally without any additional action required on your part.
